OLFACTORY STAGE: With notes of freshly-baked bread, fennel seeds, pineapple in syrup and white acacia flowers.
GUSTATIVE STAGE: A glyceric, creamy attack. A fresh acidity throughout the mouth points to a long life in the bottle.
