At Gothic Winery, we are a family-owned business with a long history of grape production in the municipality of Rueda. For generations, we have dedicated ourselves to crafting the highest quality products. With 125 hectares of vineyards, we produce 1,500,000 liters of high-quality Verdejo annually—a white wine that embodies the best of the Rueda Designation of Origin. Where Wine and History Meet
At Gothic Winery, the winemaking tradition is passed down from generation to generation. For several decades, we have passionately dedicated ourselves to grape production in the municipality of Rueda, where we cultivate our vines on trellises, divided into four plots. The planting took place between 1983 and 2001, with meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the quality of our harvest.
Our philosophy is based on constant innovation, with the goal of offering an exceptional product that reflects the excellence of our work and our love for wine.
In 2004, we took the next step and began crafting our own wines, using three grape varieties: Verdejo, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon. With these varieties, we produce a wide range of white, rosé, and red wines that stand out for their superior quality.

Our Wines
White Wines
Verdejo is the main variety of the Rueda Designation of Origin. Made from 100% Verdejo grapes, our white wines stand out for their freshness, citrus aromas, and a greenish-yellow color. These wines are full-bodied with a glyceric texture, making them an ideal choice for any occasion.
Rosé Wines
Made with white Verdejo grapes through cold maceration, our rosé wines also include musts from red varieties such as Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a fresh and fruity wine with a delicate touch and full of personality.
Red Wines
Our red wines are made from Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards in the “Los Obispos” estate. With careful winemaking, these wines offer a unique character, reflecting the terroir of our land.
Rueda and Verdejo
